Our refund and cancellation policy has been created with the understanding of both the complexities of our services and the satisfaction of our clients. 1. **Web Development and Digital Marketing Services**
1.1 If you choose to terminate our services within 7 days of payment and commencement of work, we will offer a full refund, minus any costs for work already completed and any non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., domain registration or premium plugins/tools costs).
1.2 If you decide to cancel after 7 days of service commencement, we will deduct the cost of any completed work, resources allocated, as well as non-refundable third-party fees, from the total amount paid. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
1.3 If a project is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to complete the project, a full refund will be provided to you, unless any work has been started. In this case, the refund will be calculated on a prorated basis.
1.4 If the project is delayed or put on hold by the client for more than 30 days without prior notice, any paid amount will be considered non-refundable.
2. **Hosting Services**
2.1 Hosting services can be cancelled at any time. You will receive a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of service. After the initial 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused period of your hosting service.
2.2 If you violate our Terms of Service, particularly regarding illegal activities, the hosting service can be cancelled without a refund.
3. **Requesting Refunds and Cancellations**
3.1 All requests for refund and cancellation should be submitted via the contact form on our website or by emailing support@bonzaisolutions.com. The request should include your order number, name, email, and a detailed reason for the cancellation.
3.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.
